Flowserve seals
A world leader
Flowserve mechanical seals and systems represent a collection of reliable products supported by strong aftermarket services, providing users with both safety and environmental benefits. The ISC2-682 series is a metal bellows seal designed to fully meet the design and qualification requirements of API 682. Platform flexibility allows for use in a variety of services throughout refineries, petrochemical plants, and other industries where the API 682 specification is invoked. ISC2-682 seals are fully compatible with API 682, type A and type B requirements.
Compressor sealing system– Drypac
Drypac seals will reduce the potential for liquid formation between the sealing surfaces by lowering the dew point of the gas and raising the temperature of the sealing supply gas by at least 20°C (36°F) above the dew point, as recommended by API standards.
Flowserve mechanical seal
– Circpac
Circpac segmented carbon ring seal is used in turbomachinery. Originally designed to keep oil away from the dry gas seals, it can also be used as a standalone sealing solution.
Flowserve mechanical seal – GF-200
Flowserve GF-200 double seals are non-contact gas barrier seals used in applications where no emissions of hazardous media can be tolerated. The Advanced Pattern Groove System provides low-speed lifting, low gas leakage, and no face contact.
Flowserve mechanical seal – BXRH/BXHHS
BXHHS and BXRH seals provide sealing capability at extreme temperatures in challenging refinery and petrochemical services. BXHHS and BXRH seals are fully compatible with API 682 type C requirements.
Flowserve mechanical seal, Standard cartridge seals – ISC2-682
The ISC2-682 series is a metal bellows seal designed to fully meet the design and qualification requirements of API 682. Platform flexibility allows for use in a variety of services across refineries, petrochemical plants, and other industries where the API 682 specification is invoked. ISC2-682 seals are fully compatible with API 682, type A and type B requirements.
Sealing support system – piston accumulator
A piston accumulator used in Plan 53C arrangements that generates barrier pressure for double liquid seals from product pressure. It is employed where the pump pressure fluctuates or where the internal sealing pressure differential needs to be limited.
