Momenta AS was established on January 1, 2016, to provide technical solutions to the process market through products, system solutions, and onshore/offshore services. Momenta AS delivers quality products in pumps, chemical injection, and instrumentation, representing market-leading manufacturers from Europe and the USA. We offer design, engineering, and fabrication of complex process solutions for the energy market, process industry, industrial, and marine sectors.

Engineering Services
We provide design, engineering services, and fabrication of complete systems according to customer requirements. Our experience and solid references give our customers advantages in operations and service. Our philosophy in system design is to seek solutions for compact design, low weight, easy operation, and minimal maintenance. Extensive experience with NORSOK requirements ensures high quality, low lifecycle costs, and solutions tailored for the most challenging applications.
We are located in Randaberg, just outside Stavanger, allowing us to be close to the market for both new projects and maintenance and modification projects. We have local workshop facilities for testing, service, and production, as well as available training facilities.
Rental, Service, and Training
We offer tailored service concepts and repairs across all our product areas. Our experience enables us to provide knowledge about reliable repair and maintenance to meet the most demanding applications and equipment. Momenta has a complete range of rental units for chemical pumping systems, pressure testing units, hoses, and other associated equipment.

Our integrated management system ensures Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
Continuous improvement and a willingness to change will ensure that we remain a preferred supplier for our customers. Eco-Lighthouse Certified
We are incredibly proud to be Eco-Lighthouse certified. The Eco-Lighthouse certificate provides visible proof that we take responsibility for the environment, as well as a concrete tool for continuous work on environmental improvements and green transition. Being an Eco-Lighthouse company places demands on us regarding waste management, energy-reducing measures, good HSE routines, environmental requirements in procurement, and an environmental focus in transportation. The certification gives us specific tools for environmental management, making it easier to succeed in a green transition. Eco-Lighthouse is Norway’s most widely used certification for companies wishing to document their environmental initiatives and demonstrate social responsibility. The goal of the scheme is to improve companies’ environmental performance. Businesses or organizations that meet defined industry conditions can be certified as Eco-Lighthouse.

Human Rights

We comply with the UN’s ten principles for responsible business, which cover the areas of human rights, labor standards, environment, and corruption. The principles are incorporated into our Code of Conduct. Our customers and suppliers, along with subcontractors, are expected to acknowledge and act in accordance with these principles.
Due Diligence
Each year, we conduct due diligence assessments to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how we address actual and potential negative impacts of our own operations, supply chains, and customers concerning human rights, employment conditions, partner relationships, environmental protection, corruption, and bribery.
Transparency
We maintain full transparency regarding our efforts to ensure fundamental human rights, decent working conditions, and environmental protection. Anyone seeking further information about our work in this area can submit a request to us, and we will provide information within three weeks at the latest. Whistleblowing/Complaints
Everyone is encouraged to report if they believe that Momenta directly or indirectly contributes to violations of human rights, decent working conditions, or corruption. Momenta views whistleblowing positively, and the whistleblower will not face punishment or harm as a result of the report. Reports will be kept anonymous if requested. Reports will be recorded in Momenta’s nonconformance system and handled by the quality manager. The quality manager will report the matter to the CEO, who will decide what actions to take to address the report. Whistleblowers will be kept informed of the actions taken and the results of those actions. Whistleblowing should be reported to the email: logistics@en.momenta.no

Randaberg Handball – Girls 2007
We support these wonderful girls with jerseys. They practice handball three times a week and have matches nearly every weekend. They participate in both the Regional Series and the local series. Many of the girls have been playing handball since they were six years old.
Team Rynkeby
Momenta sponsors Team Rynkeby with a bronze sponsorship. Team Rynkeby is a Nordic charity cycling team that cycles from Norway to Paris. The purpose of this journey is to raise money for the Children’s Cancer Association in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, and Switzerland. Team Rynkeby was founded in 2002.
Peder Kongshaug
Momenta AS is part of a local sponsorship group that supports Norwegian speed skater Peder Kongshaug. Peder won Olympic gold in the team time trial in Beijing in 2022, and his specialty distance is 1500 m. We support Peder with a minimum three-year sponsorship agreement.
